If you don't like to read, can't get the book or whatever, you may want to take a peek at this. The video starts slow, but at about 10 or 15 minutes it really takes off. There are also a mess of other related videos on google video.

Winter recipes

I confess that I am finding it hard to come up with tasty & interesting dishes for winter.  The frozen veggies here (Romania) aren't great and the produce is seasonal.  Any suggestions?
